Terms & Conditions
One-to-one lessons are payable one month in advance. (This may be 4 or 5 lessons in the month.)
Courses are payable before the first session of the course.
Missed lessons remain payable unless 24 hours notice is given.
In the case of illness or emergency, the lesson may be rearranged at no additional cost.
The tutor will remain online for 10 minutes to await late students. If a student is likely to be late or a lesson time needs to be rearranged please contact Ax-Ed.
Lesson times during school holidays can be flexible.
All parent(s) / guardian(s) will be asked to sign a simple contract after the trial lesson and before the paid lesons begin.
At least two weeks notice should be given of the termination of the contract. Any overpaid fees will be reimbursed immediately.
All teaching materials (except those in the public domain) remain the property of Axminster Education and may not be copied or distributed in any form without written consent, except for copies for the student’s personal use.

The information / data collected (see below) will never be sold or passed on to any other person (except with the consent of the parent / guardian / student (if over 18 years old) unless it is required by law.
Information collected:
Name and address of parent / guardian.
Landline and/or mobile telephone contact number.
Student’s name and date of birth (if under 18).
First language (if not English).
Homework and test materials.
Written reports to parent / guardian.
All reasonable precautions are taken to ensure that user data is secure and that users are protected.
